After receiving the basement floor mats we ordered, we called to complain about what appeared to be a discoloration in half the mats. They responded right away and when I requested a remedy, the company president responded by email offering to either refund my money for the mats I did not like, or swap them for new ones free of charge, and no shipping. We agreed to the swap. Later, he even allowed us to keep the initial shipment and not have to ship them back. He quickly shipped the replacements which were better quality than the originals - all at no additional charge.

They listened to our complaint, and gave us a very fair solution to the problem. They actually went above and beyond.

Before ordering I worked with Angie via email. She was very helpful. My online experience was great. The price for the Marley seems reasonable; the shipping not so much. That being said, from all my experience shipping packages, that's just the way it is! I'm looking forward to receiving the Marley so I can begin practice at home. Who knows when dance classes will resume (sigh)?! Stay safe, be well!!!
